Big Kitchen was established in 1994. We are one of the top Thailand’s leading surimi-based food producers. We specialize in producing premium quality surimi-based products - ranging from ready-to-eat snacks to frozen products. Our specialty includes fish strips, sandwich style fish snack, seasoned fish and squid sheet, fish-squid-shrimp ball, imitation crab meat, and many more. We highly controlled our facilities to meet international requirements. The strict quality and hygienic control are taken through all production processes. We guarantee the quality and the freshness of all the products. Our factory legally meets Halal, GMP and HACCP certification.
